Other – Partnering With the Vision God Has Given You
Overview
RTG is a living, growing church, and God continues to expand the vision far beyond what we see today. While many roles have been defined, we know God often places unique callings, gifts, and ideas within people that don’t neatly fit into existing ministry descriptions. Your passion, creativity, and God-given talents may open new doors of ministry we haven’t even imagined yet.
This section is an open invitation to dream, build, and collaborate.

Invitation to Co-Labor With Us
If you feel God stirring something in you—
a ministry idea, a burden, a creative concept, a community need, an area of passion—
we want to hear it.
If the Holy Spirit has given you a vision that aligns with the mission and heartbeat of RTG, we would love to explore it with you. You may carry something that fills a gap, meets an unmet need, or pushes the church forward into a new level of impact.

You are invited to:
  • Share new ministry ideas
  • Propose innovative roles or creative solutions
  • Offer skills or expertise that can bless the church
  • Present outreach concepts or community needs
  • Dream with us about areas we haven’t reached yet
Our desire is to build RTG together—prayerfully, intentionally, and in full alignment with God’s Word and the vision He has given this house.

Let’s Build Together
If you believe God is calling you to something that isn’t listed in this handbook, we invite you to meet with leadership so we can pray together, discern together, and collaborate on what God may be building through you.
Your gifts matter.
Your ideas matter.
Your calling matters.
And we would love to partner with you to bring them to life for the glory of God and the strengthening of His church.
