Lunch N Learn is a 2.5-hour, discussion-driven Bible study designed for deep, honest exploration of Scripture. Each unique series dives into the Bible on its own terms, sparking meaningful conversation and fresh insight in a welcoming environment. Because each series is one-of-a-kind, the topics taught do not repeat, making every session a new opportunity to engage. How To Read The Bible

The Teaching Lab

Enrollment Required

The Teaching Lab is a 2-hour class designed to help you craft compelling lessons and present them effectively. This hands-on experience focuses on how to structure a message, sharpen your communication, and grow in confidence as a teacher. You'll receive practical tools, time to practice, and real-time feedback to refine your delivery and maximize your impact.

Note: To enroll in this class, participants must have completed both Fundamentals and How to Read the Bible.

The Spiritual Coach Playbook

Enrollment Required

The Spiritual Coach Playbook is a 12-month training course designed to equip and empower those called to lead, shepherd, and serve. Combining self-paced online learning with monthly 2.5-hour in-person sessions, this journey prepares participants to become Spiritual Coaches—RTG’s term for Elders, Overseers, and Shepherds. Focused on preaching, leadership, and spiritual authority, the course builds a strong foundation for leading with wisdom, clarity, and faith.

Note: To enroll in this class, participants must have served as a leader for at least one year and completed the following prerequisite classes/courses: Fundamentals, Activate, Teaching Lab, and Servant Leadership.
